My mystery catfish has what I assumed was ich. IHe has a large white spot above his left eye. It was bright white when I first saw it. I started doing more frequent water changes and began using Melafix. After a week, no change. Still doing water changes.I went to Petsmart and bought QuICK cure. After following the directions to a T, no change after a week. By reccomendation, I bought gereral cure from api and followed the directions. Week later, noticed a smaller, cream-colored spot next to and above the original spot (though original spot is getting darker and appears to be slightly better).
