I just took my tap water made the ph 6.5 in 3 jugs, i dont know how mnay she used, so thats how where gonna do it use my tabwater. Finaly

Did you get the blue color when you tested the kH? You have to see blue, and then the next drop to change it to yellow is the # of drops I think. I did it once and I missed the blue stage and kept adding drops up to at least 20 and nothing happened. Do it carefully, and cap the tube each time and see if you don't get blue after the first or second time.

Remember, it's the next drop after blue that gives the # of drops.

ya we did that and we where at 13 drops and it got really blue so 13x 10 is 130gm?

Wow. If those are correct numbers that's high, though I only know what my test kit says. 232ppm is what my kit says 13 drops is.

I wish I could say something helpful but I don't know much about kH or gH.

well its her water tab water she tested her water and it went to 8.6 so buffer and bog log and im gonna give her my tab water

wow last time i talked to my frind her ph was at 8.7 i took some water of my tab water made the ph 6.5 all 3 botals and put aqua plus in and her ph came donw to 7.6 so her water isnt that hard either no more.:):):)
