> Using their huge mouth, yellow watchman gobies scoop up mouthfuls of sand, sifting through it in search of zooplankton or tiny animals, phytoplankton or tiny plants, and pieces of algae.
So...I do not have to try to feed this guy with the frozen brime shrimp??? I a 6 line wrasse and "Nemo"...whenever I try to put the shrimp in the tank..they eat it before the goby can get it...and I do not want to overfeed!
They'll sift food out of the sand but they still need suplementral feeding. Tiny extra pieces of shrimp do get down to the bottom where he'll eat it. I'd try some type of sinking pellet. Maybe whille your other fish are eating the shrimp the pellet will get down to the goby. Also i'd recomend switching to mysis shrimp, it has much more nutrients than brine.
