hey john, I know this is an older post but I have been talking to my local plumber [he is a plow customer of mine] about RO units, i don't have any numbers as of yet but i showed him some of the RO units in a few different marine supply mags and he laughed, saying they were just miniature versions of commercial units, and about twice the price - -he is going to do some looking around for me and thinks he can get me into a unit that will do close to 100 gallons a day under 200 bucks, if interested i'll post this info when it gets to me - hell i might be able to get my wife and daughter off store bought water as well...which will pay for the equipment in about a week ..win win for me!!! LOL
