I put my oscare in the 125 gallon now but how do i tell if its male or female when i hade milky they said it was male but nevre sew how u can tell

About halfway down there's information on breeding and sexing. As far as I can tell your oscar is like my kuhli loach, and unless you see interaction between male and female (breeding) there's no way to tell visibly without cutting one open.
