over the last day or so I've noticed some really small spots on the glass of the tank.....when i look at them from the side of the tank, they seem to be small "pods" hanging off the glass {bout the size of a strawberry seed} ........they are all in lines and are in the area that my Nasarius snails climb up the glass....they are all about 1 inch apart maybe 50-60 spots in all
Are these snail eggs...or some form of snail spawning?
I don't want to clean the glass until i know what im dealing with ...
are they like real small and almost transparent lookin? yea i think they are mostlikely cope pods. i just started gettin some too..WHICH HEY BE HAPPYYY if they are copods..its a goooood sign dat ur tank is maturing. :)
could be copepods i guess...they are stationary, hooked on the glass like little pieces of fruit or something...i looked up snail breeding habits ....i don't think its that ....prolly pod babies or something....Boss
hey im having the same problem, but mine dont look like little berries, mine look like little white dots, at first i though it was dead coralline but when i looked closer i saw that each and every one had a little swirl almost like a turbo snails shell but they are very very small and white, anyone? and im pretty sure theyre hard
i don't know if they're hard or soft...they started out white like MAK said but now their kinda brownish with a white center...so foar they are only on the front glass...right where the snails climb up in the filter return current...Boss
makaveli the things you mention are some sort of filter feeder[ i thought that was what boss had} they are normal with a aging tank. and boss for you idk google snail eggs or snail poop lol. sorry bud
