your best bet is to speak to local fish stores, sometimes they get local breeders in that will sell the fish at a cheap or reasonable price, also, i have a lfs that i go to that orders from the same company that has them on ebay for sale, the prices are great the shipping is 8$ per fish so calculate the price of the fish plus the 8$ to make it worth it, try shopping around on the net too, you can find decent deals from certain breeders for certain breeds, a "special of the week or month" type deal, i have a lfs near me that will order them at their cost for me so i don't worry to much but am in ny quite a ways from rsm...
