Those are not very good pictures. From what I see I would recommend replacing the blue background with the black background. Also I recommend adding more fish. Then you should take a picture of your aquarium in a dark room with aquarium lights on. Make sure the camera is very steady.
there is not that many fish in the tank yet as it is only 1 week old and i have not stocked it properly. and i agre the pics aint the best, as its only my first ever tank i am happy wit it. you guys are very critical.
Tank looks good so far for 1 week. I do agree with the color of your stone and gravel a darker background might look nice. I have a couple of those pearl mollies and a couple gold mollies. Unfortunately they are in a 20 gallon tub as I made my own DIY background and it is in the tank right now going through the process of leaching the toxins out of the cement. :)
i will have a look tonight and see wat the darker backdrop would look lik. i only have 7 fish at the moment, 5 blackwidows and 2 molys. hope to get some neon terta and maybe a few shrimp or a cleco (not sure if that the right name it the only that sucks ontot the glasss and stone etc and cleans it).
They get huge, like 18 inches, except for one or more varieties. The common pleco, the type usually found in aquarium stores, is probably going to be a bad idea in my opinion.
I would get some ottocinclus algae eaters or some cyanensis algae eaters (flying fox). Ottos don't get beyond 2 inches, usually to 1.5 inches, and CAE's get 3-4 inches and can sometimes be slightly aggressive.
The above are still better community fish for your size tank than the common pleco.
I think one kind of pleco stays small. Maybe someone here knows the name, and there are some kinds of catfish that stay small too.
if you domt mind have 6+ some corydoras which are really small catfish would be good. I am preety sure they are bottom feeders as well as swim around like fish do... and the dark background would look better too, but the tank isnt that bad.
