ok i have done alot of saltys befpr but i never set a sump up i got a new 90g driled 40g sump and a carbin reactor on it. me question is what sive water pump do i nee for this what gph would be the best i got a pump that is rated for 1000 gph is that to much can it be regulated with out hurting the pump? any advice would help thanks.
dont restrict the pump it will add heat. let her run wide open. just channel the flow. you could also add a tee to the return line and have 2 outputs. i had a mag drive 950 on my 65 and still nedded more flow..hope this helps
