the face is dark blue and the body is blue wth faint black stripes and all the fins are very bright yellow. I asked my lfs store that was seling it when i bought it they said they didnt know i onl paid 1.00 for him cause nobody was able to give it a name.
sounds like a cynotilapia afra... or clown afra... or just plain old red top zebra... there are different types of afra around... like red tops... wait... i think they are red tops with blue faces... hold on...
As the person with that photo guessed - it is a yellow-finned acei. If your fish looks the same then that is what you have. I have some of my own and they are one of my more favorite cichlids due to the fact that they behave differently than most other mbunas.
