I switched NO T5 bulbs.......the old fixture wouldnt fit the new bulbs....I extended the length of the plastic walmart fixture a little longer. The ballast is a magnetic...and im thinkin it should be okay...Just wanted another opinion. They are both 14watt bulbs but the new ones are about two inches longer.....Thanks!
