I have a pair of krebensis that I bought hoping to breed, but upto know all that has happened is the female chases the male away every time he goes near, she has a red belly which I believe means she is ready to breed and my tank has many caves and private areas for the fish, any ideas? Also does anybody know how many ratings you need before you are included in the top aquarium chart, I have 5 ratings but cannot see my tank in it yet ...thanks Andy

How long have you had them? The pair I bought took a few weeks to breed after I placed them in my tank. I didn't even realize they had till I saw the fry. The female lays her eggs in the cave and you wouldn't know. When my Kribs breed the second time they where both hiding in the cave a lot and when they started coming out more they had fry.
