not sure about accuracy, but it takes me roughly one minute to get results with a drop test ph kit, and its accurate enough. But if the digital is accurate and fast, I would imagine you only spend money on it once and never again, so seems like a good deal.
I'd rather buy a co2 system or new bulbs to replace the old ones in my plant growing fixtures. It's only 3 drops in the test tube and a pH meter seems a bit extravagant.
