I have never used the Ecoaqualizer but have been reading on it quite a bit. In my opinion, I would wait it out a bit more untill enough people have used it to review it in detail as this product is fairly new.

If you carry the passion that most marine aquarists end up with, I guarantee you will be a reefer soon. I lasted about 2 years with a 45 gallon FOWLR tank and jumped the gun to a 90 gallon reef. The funny thing is that the most exiting part of this hobby for me was and will always be the live rock. I was amazed at the life that comes in good quality live rock and was mezmerized by the different critters crawling around the rock. I was hooked immediately. If you get bit by the saltwater bug as I did, a reef is on its way for you my friend.

lol ....definately bit ....................I wish i could dump 2-3 grand into a tank ....i think i could do it in about 6 clics of the mouse....lol ....but I like doing it the way I am ...one thing at a time .............then I enjoy each upgrade as it comes and am more fulfilled............aw crap who am i kidding...i want a 10,000 dollr reef right now ..LMAO

I agree, about the live rock.......i can look at it for hours............my wife just sighs as she walks by and my face is stuck to the glass.....lol, I have small {acorn sized} algae hermit crabs...,.there a lot of fun to watch too........

I'm waiting on the ecoaqualizer too and see some reviews....i know Ibamash has one and swears by it........he power started his tank in like 2 weeks and has had little to no lose..........check his profile out...awsome tank
