Assuming your PS is in the same chamber as your pump returning water to the tank...go to your LFS and buy a piece of block foam big enough, and submerge it between the PS and pump. This should fix the bubble problem. On my system I notice when the water level is a little high in my sump I get bubbles as well. Play with the levels...it may be too high.

i have the same issue with my freshwater tank ... see "scary bubble omen ... im a noob. HELP!?" i dont have a sump or a protein skimmer (again freshwater), but my tank is over run with tiny bubbles, to the point where it looks cloudy. also there is what looks like suds on top of the water , but there is no soap. anyone with advice drop over to the freshwater section and post under that one plz. there is more detail over there aswell
