i have a 250 what 65k coralife with tow whites and two blues, one white burned out is my live rock ok? is it still enough?

ok dude.... i have a 20 watt freshwater fixture on a 70 gallon tank for now.... and my live rock is growing all sorts of shizit.... plants.... new colors..... lots of things....... you are fine
