Photo Caption: These are local native pavons or tucunare aka peacock bass cichlids, these are acclamatise to residential piped waters and have been in captivity for over 9 months now,these samples are cichla temensis(speckled pavon) + cichla monoculus (common peacock bass ) and they feed on normal shrimp whole shelled + live feeder mollies and platy's. They are well cultured and behaved in a similar predatory but less aggressive as in the wild native amazon waters. Enjoy!
