Unbelievable!!..Beautiful tank, a treat for the eyes..No doubt, this is one of the most spectacular tanks I have ever seen..My question is how difficult is to keep it clean?? and how do you clean the bottom??..Have a good one... fish avatar
Thanks for the vote of confidence. I was at #1 for some time, but as everything is....people get bored of the same old thing. I would agree that many have no clue how much more difficult a 180g is than a 20g. fish avatar
Fishman, why are you way down here and not in the top 3. People have no idea how extraordinary your tank is or the work required to keep that many plants looking that good. All my respect, you are sensational, a true fishkeeper. fish avatar
Bill-thanks for the comments! I'm using a Rena XP3 as filtrattion-the plants do the rest. I don;t have issues with heat as I've got fans installed on the top of the canopy. The UV is a fantastic piece of equipment. Takes care of algae...and since I've had it there has been no disease. The ground cover is 'Baby Tears' Hope that helps. fish avatar
I really love your aquascaping! I'm in the planning stages of my first planted tank right now and have a few questions: What type of filtration are you using, are you having any heat issues or use a chiller, does the UV take care of your algae issues, and what is ground cover at front center of the tank?
