I am new to Cichlids and this tank is 2 weeks old All of the petrified wood and rocks were collect from the ranch except the artificial in the middle

Photo Caption: I am new to Cichlid's and this tank is 2 weeks old. All of the petrified wood and rocks were collect from the ranch except the artificial in the middle.
Description: florescent lights 300w heater, top filter, round air stone and petrified wood.
Advice: none
Fish Kept: Cichlid tank with 1electric Gold and 1 Electric Blue, 2 bubble bee, 2 jeweled, 2 red zebra, 2 bala Sharks, 2 Red Cap Itungi and 1 Frontosa.
Corals/Plants Kept: artificial plants, petrified wood collect off our ranch.
